Looped Rebar System

Stanchions attach to rebar loops in concrete bridge beams. Loop dimensions are 2-1/2" min ID and 9" max height. Use #4 rebar, minimum half inch, grade 40 or 60. Stanchions are the same as those used in the Universal System and are available in 5', 6', or 7' heights. The looped rebar system uses the REL6310 Portable horizontal lifeline (sold separately). These systems require tiebacks made of 2" 18,000 lb. sling webbing with ratchet tensioners.
